Publix will have their chicken breast on sale this week for $1.99 a pound! Great time to stock up the freezer. If you separate the breasts and freeze them in smaller amounts you will find you waste less if you are like us and not able to use an entire package in 1 meal. Sometimes I cut them up and freeze them and other bags I marinate the meat in the freezer. Lots of options! I look forward to filling my freezer!
